The service was attentive from start to finish. i found the food delicious, especially the fresh bread. the rooms were very well maintained and clean.
i experienced a slight problem with the television remote in my room, which did not respond, yet it was fixed in moments.

an oasis of calmness
attentive staff special feeling best hotel
the staff was very attentive. they anticipated any needs i had. the hotel is marvelous. i cannot recommend it more highly, and this is one of the best hotels i have had the privilege of being a guest.
The rooms were not insulated or sound proof. i could hear furniture being moved by housekeeping. Noise from the street was audible. it's overpriced though.

The hotel provided reusable water bottles. The staff picked me up from the airport. They offered a welcome drink. The hotel offers complimentary tuk-tuk service into the city center, a short ride. Laundry service is free. The hotel has multiple themed areas. The design had great thought. The attention to detail was great.
I did notice that there were very few english tv channels available.

the staff i find really tries to meet your every needs. it is something special. freebies is very good too. daily massage is included, also free laundry, a 24-hour open pool, a tuk tuk plus a phone. breakfast includes a wide range of freshly made options and were tasty.
food quality is a issue. it tasted bland, presentation was simple and it was disappointing. the room ambience is unimpressive. also, temperature in the room was too cold. the rooms aren't sound proofed i noticed. i could hear housekeeping moving furniture.
